Brooke Sprague
Director of Impact & Curriculum Strategy
Brooke ensures Ripple Effect programs are grounded in current science education research and designed for measurable impact. She leads curriculum development from concept to implementation, managing partnerships with writers and subject-matter experts, overseeing budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Brooke develops systems of evaluation to inform design, assesses outcomes, and facilitates continuous improvement across programs. She establishes high-level priorities and design specifications, integrating both educational best practices and community needs.
Brooke has worked at the intersection of science and education for over a decade as a museum facilitator, teacher, laboratory manager, and senior science program manager. She holds a BA in anthropology from Yale, a multiple subjects teaching credential from UCLA, and a master’s degree from Northwestern’s School of Education and Social Policy.
